Woke up this morning and it’s so cold that i made this which i learned from an Indian guru. it’s raw ground nuts soaked overnight in water, raw cashews also soaked, bananas, with a pinch of salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla essence & vanilla bean to give it a more Caribbean flavor & since this was cold i heated it on med stove top until warm then served with honey as sweetener though next time i will use dates. nutritious, tasty & so satisfyingly good.

Sometimes i add some roasted nuts plus grated fresh coconut. This counteracts the first post i say here which was all about alcohol which is bad for my health & wellness. The children also love this……..
